About Joseph Jenkins

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home. We found a house on Zillow that we wanted to look at, and Ray was the realtor who met us there. My wife and I were not going to even use a realtor, but after talking to Ray, I'm glad we decided to have him help us. He went out of his way to make sure that my family's happiness and safety were his number one priority. I can't say enough about how much he helped through this stressful process and always took my concerns and got them taken care. If you are selling or buying, I highly recommend using Ray because he will do whatever it takes to find your new home and make sure everything works out wi...

Ray was on top of everything. We had asked questions he answered right away an on top of everything. I was very satisfied with everything Ray did for us.

We had a challenging position and unique circumstances, and Ray understood them and found the solution, which wasn’t easy, but his professionalism and perseverance won the day. Ray is a local guy who is very knowledgeable. Very satisfied with his efforts and results. Will definitely use Ray in the future!

He would be highly recommended by me. We were really pleased with everything he helped us with. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and much, much more.

Ray was extremely helpful with the home-buying process. No matter the time of day, he answered my questions within good time. At the open house, he answered us honestly when we had concerns.

Absolutely helped us in every way. Truly appreciated. Always reachable and able to answer every question. We had issues with the finance company; Ray was there and helped guide us in the right direction. Thank you!

Ray is excellent to work with, very patient, always available, and very helpful. I highly recommend him if you need a realtor. Call Ray! He was very helpful in finding the perfect home for my family.

Ray was great with helping me find and purchase my first home. He took the time to show me multiple homes over the months of searching. Ray always made himself available to view the homes I wanted to and always helped with the questions I had throughout the process. I would highly recommend his services!

Ray did a great job of listing our home and selling it promptly. He set up showings with qualified buyers within 8 hours of listing our home on the market. The home sold in less than 24 hours! We couldn't have asked for better service and responsiveness from a real estate agent.

Ray was amazing! He was literally at our beck and call at any time, day or night! He helped us find our dream home! I would recommend him to anybody who is looking for a new home or looking to sell an old home!

Ray is by far the most patient and thorough professional I have met. He scheduled at least 20 showings for me, including repeats within a couple of months. I was completely in the dark about what to look for in a home, and Ray was right there every step of the way, even when I wasn't sure of my own wants. He always gave me accurate information and earned my trust. Ray is not only my Agent; I consider him my friend. If you are even thinking about homeownership, make it your business to reach out to Ray Griggy. He is The Best.

Ray is amazing! For any house I wanted to see, he made sure to set up the viewing within the next day or 2. Whenever I had questions or concerns, he was always a text or phone call away. I would definitely recommend Ray to others!

Ray helped us find and purchase our home. He always worked around our schedule to view homes. We had a great home-buying experience with Ray as our agent.

Ray provided me with an exceptional home-selling experience. He helped me through every step in the process and explained in detail all of the things I wasn't knowledgeable about. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and will be recommending him to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.
